Who holds the key to my success?

We set the alarm clock at 5 AM, with the anticipation of setting everything alright from tomorrow, like exercise, meditation, and kicking the day early.

The best part is that the clock will tick at the set time due to the technology. We pick up, hit the snooze, and sleep again. This action sends a message to our subconscious that we’re not committed to our goals, which can hinder our ability to achieve them.

Likewise, we often think about writing a journal after getting inspired by various motivational speakers. But when we begin writing, we hope for instant success with hundreds or thousands of views. When this doesn’t happen, the writer gets demotivated to dream big. Hence, we cannot write smash hits and won’t write ordinary things. Thus, the writer dies inside without hitting any attempt.

We often fall into the trap of expecting instant success, whether waking up early, starting a new routine, or pursuing our dreams. When this instant gratification doesn’t materialize, it can be incredibly demotivating. We may begin to doubt our abilities and lose sight of our big dreams.

Resist the urge to hit snooze and send a message to your subconscious that you are dedicated to achieving your goals. Don’t let the desire for instant success demotivate you. Remember, outstanding achievements start with small, consistent steps. Let’s embrace dedication and perseverance as we work towards our goals.
